Ok, it looks better, but it seems there are some remnants from when you gave it transparency. Also, the position of the legs are still not right, take a look at this thread for ideas.
It's a bit on the slow side, and no reason to have 24 frames when you could have had four at a slower speed. Also, it does not look like he's even trying to run, more like he's jumping in the air when he raises the leg on the left, and when he raises the leg on the right... I can't even tell what kind of position that would be.
