Me and some friends came up with a story that was based around cyber elves.  This just happens to be one of them.  His name is Shinobi and he is based off of the MM3 boss, Shadowman. Please C+C.

The Shuriken on his head was made by King Reaper.  However, the sprite he had it on was PD.

you should make the outlines darker that would look shitty on a neutral(which pj should have) or dark background

Its kinda tell what he looks like, maybe you should try making a portrait, i think it would help.
