By the way I would have done gray outlines for the gloves and the boots, like in the original. Black is too higlighting to me...

I've used exacly the same colors of the original http://sdb.drshnaps.com/sheets/Capcom/Other/Other/PunisherARC.gif, plus added two more ramps: yellows and greens for the wheelchair.
This is totally based on a sketch I've made on paper, but maybe I have been too much distracted by the hand sketch. I'll try to clean it up a bit. thanks for the comments

This is really cool, i think you coud've cleaned it up a bit more since there's no colour restriction though
