I think that this could turn out really nice with a bit more work. The first thing I notice is that her hair starts too high on her forehead. That makes her look more masculine. The lower half of her face looks flat, and the lines there are too pronounced. I'd also change the shape of her eyes a bit, her ears and her lower lip. She also looks like she's got her tongue up against her teeth, so I'd make that part white too. I also think her hair could use some highlights, and the forehead looks a bit empty too.

Hmm, this may be my least favorite piece by you. The face is mirrored, but the hair hides it in a way, so kudos on that. The colors don't blend so well as your previous pieces and the forehead could use a bit more detail. The definition of the cheeks and the wrinkles in the smile look kind of odd, as well.
In short, some of the shading isn't as smooth as some of your work, TINC. Still, nice concept and pixeling.
