I have to agree with Gil. There are like 6 colors of peach on this guys face. You can only see 1 solid color when viewed at the normal interval. It takes zooming in about 3 times before you can faintly see the different shades. You should get a bold tan color, a medium shade, and a very bright almost on the whiter pink side of peach. Use these 3 colors and your guys face will have so much more depth.

You seriously need to start thinking about contrast and shadows. The jawline and top of the head are very irregular shapes too.

The nose is a step in a good direction
