it wasn't over a sketch~

I am still discovering which any good way to improve my pixel , seems it's more difficult to me to make it nicer but i enjoy it much!

.....continuing this recent  influx of cute-proportioned, pastel-colored, strangley-clad ladies that i think we're all enjoying.

in general this does need a little more attention to specific pixels, particularly in the face (there are some confusing luminosities and stray dots), and the jaggies are a bit unpleasing.  Doesn't make it bad, just something to consider :)

In fact, I won't go this far, but was this pixelled over a sketch?  some transitions suggest this (where they don't necessarily make sense at this size).
