Well, the font is not complete, it was done on two 320x200 images and i was too lazy to merge them so several items are missing.

Either way, I dig the font .. not sure I'd want to read a lot of writing in this font, but it's visually appealing!

Yes, first its got external AA, second: "Only new pixels allowed" - i assume this means it should be done for the challenge and not been used somewhere else before.

Ehhm..no - not too late: it was never meant to take part in the challenge (would have violated the rules anyway).
