Good. I'm agree with schrumpfkopf - it will be better with shadows.

I saw the preview and thought this was going to be a full mockup ):
This didn't use tiles though did it?

I really like this piece, especially the palette. Only real crit: i'd add some shadows and highlights to get extra-depth, and maybe put a little more contrast in the nice BG.
