you cant really tell that it is poo and the outline needs work

He is running trough wasteland, why he is running isnt important. And he steps into a poo in the middle of dead wasteland... thats why the 3 frame is zoomed out and 2 frame zoomed in is because of action effect.

Please make sure you clean up your artwork before you resubmit. Everything is very scribbly and unrefined, especially the outline of the character in the first panel and the second panel. Make sure you have control over the position of every pixel. It's also probably best if you don't copy and paste parts of the background like you've done in the third panel
