Before trying to copy human figures, read any book about drawing and learn about representing objects using only simple volumetric primitives. I mean, spheres, boxes, etc. This is the basics of drawing, you must learn it first. Look at pictures here: http://www.drawmanga.ru/tutors-body/body.shtm (sorry, can't find english article).
Although you got the face right, there are too many problems (like this person has no neck, pose is like it just was hit by the truck, not mentioning that breasts are too high, navel shifted to the side and knuckles are not defined at all). So my advise would be to buy a pencil, buy a lot of paper and start to copy human figures from photographs or paintings at least one in a day. That is the only way if you really want to learn it (and who doesn't?). That way you'll feel proportions and what poses are adequate. And only then return to pixels.
lol. Yeah, I think I'll do just that. Thanks again guys.
