It seems you have a different lightsource on the forehead and on the glasses. The shading is altogether too mirrored imo.

I like it :) Try to make the lips better by making them a bit smaller maybe, as they seem v. large at the moment. ~~His hairline also seems too far up his forehead, but that might just be me...~~ I've changed my mind, it doesnt XD but the shading on his forehead seems to be a liitle to contrasting...
