it's kinda abstract-esque, like most of your pieces; I like the LSD-inspired style, but this one here is not readable enough to look at more than just few whiles -- it gets quite tiring on eyes, I even wonder how you managed to finish it with such an eye-fucking palette. definetely not for sober people. :) peace!

I agree with Randommonkies... It's way too busy. I do love the colors though, and a game with this style (just a bit easier to read) would be really cool.

I think your BG should be more simple or darker, just so the eyes can have a rest and you can tell where to go in the level a little easier.

I think the style works over where you have the water; the water is a nice simple contrast to the complex colours of the walls so you can tell where you are going in the game, and see the characters easier. On the left however, it took me some time to even figure out what was a wall and what wasn't, which in a game with baddies coming at you, could be really frustrating.
