Adell from Disgaea 2. I haven't beated the game but I love it haha... I played that back in 2006, awesome... then I had to stop playing, don't remember at this point. Anyways, as usual this was done using the public library computers, which only gives you 2hrs a day, so I made this in 55mins haha! XD
Done back in oct. 10th, 2009. I used the actual Disgaea 2 colors in it, so if you want the palette, just download the picture to use it.

The outline issues... you mean apply selective outlining? I know what you mean... I do it once in a while for some pieces, but in other cases I leave it with just one color. I applied that in my avatar haha. Thanks for the comments.
