I got some very good advice from SHANN0N about the nose which I couldn't make work. Also about colors which I sort of made work. If the ear looks weird it's because I hate drawing ears with every shred of my being. AA is a bit scrappy here and there.

Great work, 'thas a modern-age-barbarian feeling to it :) Could picture him riding on a motorcycle without a shirt/jacket.

I love this piece, Hatch! It's reminiscent of a Japanese silk screen, but mixed with a cool biker aesthetic.

I wouldn't have noticed anything wrong with the ear, but by pointing it out, I think it's a bit narrow at the top (a 2-D way to describe a 3-D perspective issue) which means that if you used the lobe as a center of rotation, you could rotate the ear anti-clockwise slightly to fix everything.

And: do not be afraid of ears my son, some unnamed old spirit whispers to me. They're just a loop outside a loop with a tab to cover the hole. Aren't any other details necessary, master? I whisper back. Not at this resolution, silly - now do fifty pushups for insubordination!

But don't take his word for it, here's the fastest ear tutorial on the web! (I assume, lol)
