Hair and skin is to die for.=) Some body proportion issues, can't be sertain, though - feel to tiny  for the head.

Yeah, killer skinshades - the head is awesome! But the darker areas lack contrast...esp. cleavage look wierd.

 Good job overall, but there's something about the held up arm that doesnt read well at first, hard to explain why.  And the other thing is her breasts seem to be the size of oranges when compared to the size of her head.. but maybe you were going for an exagerrated cartoon proportion on the head?  Well, it's not without it flaws here and there, but man, you nailed the expression on the faced, plus all the detail in the face is excellent.

it looks awesome. at the second glance her boobs are not really in place. they have moved into the direction of the viewer. it looks nice, but if someone would stand in front of her, it would look strange and asymmetrically. i guess it doesn't really matter, just wanted to mention.

great job on coloring, i adore the smooth look of her skin, her makeup, clothes and hair. ^^

I envy your hair and clothing skills, the only thing that really stands out to me is the bottom of her cleavage - it sort of looks like, for lack of a better analogy, the crease in between the outside sections of a pumpkin. There's no real depth. The dark, greyer, shadow is too light for a cast shadow too.
