I spent a while on this, it's my first time trying to pixel fire and my first time animating it. I think it came out very well --EDIT-- I changed the palette to try to give it a bit more realism. Nothing really noticable though.

I like how you can sorta see his hands on the inside as opposed to just covering them completely with the fire as some people would commonly do.
