1- If this is a Color Reduction- You need to save better for web and devices

2- If this was made by semi-transparent brushes- Read the great articles about Pixel Art of this Community.

mmmh... the portrait is nice but... 128 colours... are you sure you didn't use semi-trasparent brushes? That can be done with 16 colours and achieve the same result...
