Dithering is quite obvious and doesn't really help the transition of shades. Cow is okay, though.

frost, how can a cow be a male??
I love how there is no other scenery, it pushes more focus on the cow, and I like the dithered curves in the shading.

 Is the cow standing on some kind of green dome? There is no grass, no clouds, trees, or other scenery.
