You put a lot of detail into so small a piece. Nice job. Just clean up the lightsource, like Helm said.

This has an incredible video game feel to it. Couldnt the lighting be coming from the left Helm? Regardless, this is a very cool piece. I dig the palette and the minute details to the scale. Very effective.

lighting on tail inconsistent. If the light is coming from below, the inside of the tail should not get hit by it. I like your texturing otherwise.
