Everything's perfect: the jaw, the scale's texture, the pose... Great job!
This is great, and your tribute versions make this even better... Amazing
me molan la negra y la verde, bueno molan todas pero me moan mas esas.
No prob Furansu ;)
I´m glad to hear that, Send me a note when you have the new animation snake, please; I want to see it, and good luck!
Yes I know the scales is messy. Couldn't find any appropriate pixel preferences at that time. So I went on trying for few days until this final one. I'll try to draw better scales after this. Thanks Victor :)
Well I already proposed for an animated version of this, but they refused because of budget restraint. I'll try to make other animated snake in the future :D
nahh, I like really like your design of the golden two headed snake, specially the left head, looks great. I like to see your creature animated, and the growing looks good too. Only the problem are the scales, seems a bit rough or noisy. You can try to edit your scales, and then if you want I can help you, anyway I think your snake is not pathetic.
Awesome! Now I'm feeling that my pixel snake is so pathetic.... :S
Thank you very much, Mathias, I´ve waited this moment, you encouraged me, thanks!
It´s true Ravagance, I need to edit this, can you send me a desaturated variation? to contrast with my screen?
Don't get me wrong; it's amazing. But the green hurts my eyes.
Congratulations for the first place and for your very, very great pixel-art , the preview is awesome, great animation. ;3
Ravagence, when the weekly challenge ends, I´ll edit this to fix the palette, thanks for your help ^^
Withalligators, you got me ;) sorry, but I don´t know if it´s possible,(a snake without obvious ventral scales) but your comment it´s true; Maybe I forget the ventral scales...
Thank you Riva, It was hard to do, so thanks ^^
ah ok, Manjaman, now I understand you,,, and it´s true ^^U it´s a usual image-theme... the next time I´ll do a best effort. thanks!
Wow really nice. I like the details of tini scales all nicely shaded.
Not sure you got my point there : I was only saying drawing an S with a snake was really traditionnal (my comment wasn't clear). It's what you see in books which help children to learn the alphabet and so on. But tradition is not bad, since you've made something nice :) I was just hoping to be surprised.
I need to work carefully, because the limit of 10 K (this have 9,84 K) so thanks!
SSSnake sssnake hehe,
I´m agree with you Perihelion, but I don´t know if I can edit this piece during the challenge, can I?
Man, I just wanna say I love your preview even if it doesn't look anything like the actual piece.
SNAKESNAKESNAKESNAKESNAKE
I dig the action in this, but I think the palette is a little too saturated, and I think your shadows could be more blue or purple.
Haha, sorry - to "dig" is to express that you like something a lot, in old American 1970's speak. Just a silly expression.
But yeah, how awesome it would be to have a full alphabetical beastiary from you.
Thanks Gabeh! you and Cure think in the same way, and I´m with you, it´s a more interesting palette, but I want to upload the original version without tricks and for know your opinions, thanks for your feedback ;)
I´m agree with you, Cure, the Cyan palette is more interesting than the original by far, and in the Orochi the eye is much more readable, thank you for your feedback and to take time to comment ;)
Thank you a lot, Manjaman. And in this case is true; it´s only a serpent (I need to read better the rules xP, I thought this challenge was very restricted, sorry for the misundertanding ^^)
Thank you very much, Mis-BUG, your avatar is fantastic, too ;)
Thanks a lot Dolaria ;D
PM: from where is your avatar?
Thank you a lot M!
PM: "Diggin' the Metal Gear palette swap." sorry but I don´t understand this XD
Thank you very much Mochimandias, (I thought the same "I hope anyone think in serpents XD")
Thanks for the good luck ;)
It´s true, Sippy Cup, I tried to fix that problem before, but maybe need a little more shade, I´m working on it ;)
(I like metallica black cover too ;D)
Woah, this is so well made! So smoothly coloured and looks 'realistic'. Well done!
Very attractive snake, very vibrant!
Diggin' the Metal Gear palette swap.
Wow! I was thinking in making a Snake too, but thank god I didn´t, because this piece is superb!
You won´t need it, but anyway, good luck! ;)
metallica is my favorite variation other than the entered one of course :)
you have an amazing sence of shape except in the neck immediatly fallowing the head, i think its a little flat, but amazing composition, aa and pallet!
Thts Very Nice man Best Snake ever
