I believe that was intentional.

The arms and hands seem a bit odd.

Boobs need areolas, girls need knickers (seriously, though, right now they are somewhat barbie-like).

Also there are two girls in the picture, not one, as you would think by reading the title. And their hair is conjoined visually into one big siamese haircut.
