Yes, that does look a lot better. I still think the dark and light in the Apple logo should be dithered just because of the rough transition since the palette is very limited.
I just made an edit for you

-More AA, you got the colours, you could be doing it. Apple stuff is usually pretty smooth, so this would fit.
-Some colours did not work, the light cyan aa is better now, not optimal but as good as it gets with this palette. Maybe leaving it out in this case would work better. The purple you used on the face to buffer the highlights does not work either, it is visually darker than the skintone.
- The guy does not look like Steve Jobs at all. You seem to have just edited your avatar base. But Jobs has a totally different headshape, is not as blocky, stout looking. Also he has brown eyes, very different eyebrows, always had a beard in recent years, and so on.
-I also do not think that you need black outlines here at all, so I got rid of those and antialiased the whole thing.
-If I wanted to be nitpicky I could point out that the apple logo is no accurate in it's outline, the bite should be higher up. The far right 2 points of the apple are almost on the same level in the real logo, with the top one being a bit further in.
I don't really see Steve Jobs in that. And you should do a little bit of dithering between your blue and white to get a cleaner shading effect.
Is it supposed to be Steve Jobs? If so then I would say he is not really recognisable. He always wore blue jeans and black turtleneck to begin with, And the face looks too babylike in a way.
Also the darker blue antialias between the light blue and white does not work. I would suggest using the light cyan instead. The apple logo could have a lot smoother aa as well, you got enough colours for it.
Yes, I edited my avatar base. I'm going to be making NPC's in the game that my avatar will be used as sprites in, so I wanted practice redrawing it. I'll try and edit the picture more.
Re-Uploaded, I'm still trying to AA the apple. I'm very new to AA, btw.
