Nah it's cool about being negative, I want it to be critasied so I can get an idea on what I am doing wrong.

yeah, Nice design. And nice shading, Better than my first

Some things though:
There are some pixels that look´s out of place on the left side of the head,
Could also have some more shading in the mouth,and some AA wouldn´t hurt either.
Sorry if I´m nagative, but I´m just tryng to help

Good work for being the first! :D But it could need some dithering on the toungue and More tones of colours.
