Awsome style of running, really shows that its a small chibi guy.
And yes Jesusbot might be right, the back of the hair needs more shading.

Hm, the animation looks solid. Bounces just at the right points. If I were to nit-pick, I might think that the two pixels of hair behind the ear might be a tad too bright, and the back of the neck looks slightly odd. Not wrong, just...hm.

Good work though.
