But one thing: Clean the dirty outlines! It looks like you scetched the outline with some pen tool in a drawing program, and didn't clean it. Now it looks like a 2px thick outlines on some place and a 1px thick on some other place. Like on the Top of the head.

AA = Anti Aliasing, aka Blending colours together.

This is realy good, it realy looks like the real one,can you give us a link to the picture you meantioned so we can compare it to this one?
could realy use some AA though.
