Yes, it's Serj Tankian, lead singer of System of a Down in all his pixelized, green glory. @___@  This was about 3 hours of work, give or take a few minutes for breaks.  It's based off of this picture. :D  And now to give my poor, tired wrists a break.

...and to answer any future questions, YES I did make this by hand.

You posterized, then tweaked details here and there and hand-dithered. I'm too bored to pick a fight over this, since it's nothing remarkable either way, but I still wish pixeljoint had more strict policies regarding photomanip.

Nice, Id like to see a little more AA on the hair, but still good. And a wonderful subject of course. Not only SOAD, but his other project Serart and his book of poems are solid as well.
