This was made to look like child art. You should notice the art theme before, because sometimes use "child colors" (in your restricted conception) is just what we are looking for.
Your pixel art is great, but I think you ought to be more "insane", to use less colors for children, and do pixel art major, use AA and other factors that would help in the ease of its VERY pixel art. 4/5
