Oh you didn't have to remove the tears, I was just saying to make them readable, since they were too close to the white color surrounding the tears in hue. I removed the tears, but I don't understand for the mouth, so, I added gradation. The red thing is his hair, but I like them like that.

The lighter blue color doesn't read well on the tears.The tears in general don't read all too well.

Could use a bit of anti-aliasing on the mouth especially.

Is that red thing an eyelash? if so you should keep continuity and put it on the other eye as well. Of course it would be going off the page, but at least it'll have balance. If it's hair, there should be more of it. Just some suggestions.
