 I finally fixed the animation speeds :)

Ignoring the animation issue, it's a wonderful plane

Frames 15 17 21 and 23 seem to have a duration of zero, The resulting timing is not the same on all painting program or web browsers.

 For some reason, it's not being displayed at the intended speed... if someone knows why this happens, please let me know.
