Alright, made changes to the Palette, thanks for the suggestion!
The piece? .Awesome.
The palette? The two browns and two greys are of the almost same hue which will limit their use. Also there are 2 greys with almost no saturation. I'd change the dark grey to a cold blue and save that area, and the lighter one to probably purplish and bend the light orange to a colder red. These changes are just opinions though.
thought I'd add a second comment. I find it interesting how you AA'ed the long portion of the staff. You implied a swirly wood texture with just AA
