 I decided to start with something basic. A scene outside a random house on a pathway to the town. I threw in two NPCs to give the place some life and interactivity.

I kinda made this after Pokémon Gold/Silver since I didn't know what pixelated grass would look like but I drew myself of course, I'm practising spriting from scratch and editing other people's work is wrong.

In this picture, the trees and grass, they're probably the best ones I've even drew...
