This is Särimner, who will feature in my game. He is a pig from norse mythology, who possesses the ability to reincarnate every time he is eaten. He will appear in different outfits relevant to each stage, and the player kills him to restore his health.

Saw this over at TIG. Great job, man. Looks awesome :)

You could add some slight sub-pixeling to the chest to make his breathing a little deeper.
