Create a sprite of a monster made out of a dessert. For example the 'Loch Ness Cheese Cake' or 'Chocothulhu'. However, I'd prefer that you create your own kind of monster.
Also, please make sure you mention what kind of dessert your creature is made from. Have a look at this list for some ideas.
Note: The sprite must be of your own design. So, your personal interpretation of a monstrous icecream would be OK, but using the design of this Pokemon wouldn't be, as it's a dessert monster that already exists. Essentially, no directly copying someone else's design. "Flankenstein" would be fine, as Frankenstein's Monster was never made out of a flan.

I'm here to talk about someone you probably didn't know the name of, but you've surely already seen his work.
Christian Robert was graphician and pixel artist on a large number of games, such as "Cruise for a Corpse" and "Flashback" on Amiga 500 and Atari ST but he was also art director and originator of concept arts, backgrounds and animations of "Heart of Darkness" on PS1 and PC. And you can see his art in most of Gameloft's games (even if his name is not in credits...)
He left us last weekend in a car accident at age of 52 years, he was a very good artist but also a friend. I met and worked with him on my 1st project at Gameloft Paris, he taught me a lot of things, and he was the most kind and humble guy I've ever met. I remember how he would always come and compliment all other graphician's work even if he could surely do better and how he was suprised and hampered when I've asked him to dedicate my old "Flashback" box.
Pixel art and video games have lost a great man.
It's the 5th anniversary of the Off-Topic Thread this week, so to celebrate, we want you to create 4 tiles that are better than Snader's.
These tiles can be anything you want, but they should actually be tileable. We're going to give you a bit more freedom though - there won't be any size restriction and they don't even have to be square - if that's your thing (isometric, hex, etc...). However, each tile must use at least the same colours as the original, see below:
First tile colours:
Second tile colours:
Third tile colours:
Fourth tile colours:
You may use other colours in addition to these colours, but each tile must at least contain its corresponding colours. Also, just to make it clear, you are just submitting 4 tiles on the same canvas, possibly on a transparent background.
Canvas Size - Unrestricted.
Colours - Total max 24. See the above explanation of colours.
Transparency - Optional. Only use transparency between tiles.
Animation - Optional.
