The Longest Road on Earth is out on Steam and Android/iOS! It's a monochromatic pixel art adventure published by RawFury and developed by Brainwash Gang. The game features four different wordless narratives with a collection of heartfelt songs. Pixel art has been developed by pixel artists Edu Verz and Atskaheart. Music has been made by Beicoli.
The game combines different shots, from open panoramic city views to detailed descriptive close ups. Pixel art has been the best visual approach to produce this contrast between suggestion and description by playing with different resolutions.
Aseprite keeps getting better and better.
This new update brings lots of cool features including tile support, new palette control options and cleaner tranformations.
It is available through the beta channel on Steam.

All we know about dinosaurs are how their skeletons look like and what they evolved into: colorful birds. With this in mind, artists are trying to reimagine what dinosaurs actually looked like. Now it's your turn.
Take any species of dinosaurs and draw its sprite, imagining what it actually looked like. Was it colorful? Did it have a beak? Feathers or a fluffy fur maybe? For the sprite, you need to use Gyhoket's 15 color palette that won 3rd place in PrehISOria palette competition. The sprite can be from any perspective.
Canvas Size - Max 160x160.
Colours - Max 16 including transparency. Only use colors from this palette:
Transparency - Required.
Animation - Optional.
Don't forget to comment on the pieces you like!
Not only does a comment have the potential to make the artist's day, if you post a lot you'll win one of the fancy new trophies
And April's most favourited award goes to:
