Pixel Art Challenge: Natalie's Drawing

This challenge idea comes from Akira who found this interesting site.
Using those as examples interpret and pixel this drawing by Natalie*

RULES

Same size canvas (200x153)
No animations
32 colors max.
No transparency

*random kid drawing from Google images

I think this is a great Idea. I actually found a drawing book from when I was younger a couple weeks ago. Then with my newfound drawing skills, I revamped them all. They came out really cool.
