Personally, I like the bottom right one the best when it comes to the helmet, and the legs really depend on what type of game you plan on using the sprite in (If at all.) 

A slower paced story heavy game, I feel like the detailed legs could be best. However if its a fast paced game with a lot of action or combat, the black legs might look better. But, that's just my two cents!
