Notice how the original/reference image uses blurring, especially on the snow on the left-hand side, to give a sense of depth. Ofcourse that is impossible in the pixelart version with such a limited palette, but I see that you give a sense of depth by using the brightest palette colors only in the centre of the image to draw they eye there.
