The palette is great!  I like the little lights on the buildings and how each one has a unique shape to 'em.   I also like how the railing frames the picture.  

It's minor, but I'm not sure about the placement of the twinkle/venus.  It seems like it should be placed somewhere eles to draw the eyes towards the focus of the picture.  It also seems like there should be more light purple buildings behind the dark purple ones to give the picture more depth.  Otherwise, it's pretty groovy.

The color choice and wind animation are great.  The arms and hands look flat however, and feel a bit too big for her body.

The texture of the grass, trees, and fence is fantastic.  The composition of this one feels funny however.  The piece being 1/3 black at the bottom feels overwhelming, and draws focus away from the main little guy.  I'd crop it down a bit so it wouldn't be as distracting.

The shiny part of the water moves, but the waves on both sides don't.  In this 1bit format it looks more like a road glitching out with grass on both sides of it, which is neat but not what you were going for.   But hey, the rest looks pretty neat (I like the reflection of the buildings on the water in paritcular).

The texture and shape on these are fantastic.  I would of gone for a darker gray so the transition between the background & the darker gray would be smoother, but they look neat either way!

I feel like the one leg being lighter than the other grays instead of it being the same 2 grays you used on it's belly looks a little odd, and it could use a bit more texturing on it's wings, but otherwise this is a fun sprite to look at. c:

This piece is fantastic.  The only thing that bugs me is the refridgerator in the kitchen.  It feels like a flat object and looks slighlty out of place.  Otherwise I love the textures you made in this piece and the palette is great as well. c:
