I think the nipples are fine (I have a pair and I know sometimes they tend to be in awkward positions :) ) I love the skintone and the highlights... The size of her body trubles me, she looks a bit heavy in her mid body. Maybe if her back was a bit more curved in this pose she would look better. This slight "overweight" makes her right arm look too thin as a contrast. But anyway in real life this is not abnormal, and my comments are more due to my specific likings. Good job!

Ant the panties pattern It gives a lot to the overall light feeling. I think only her but looks a bit flat, it should be a bit more rounder, but this is my taste I guess. There seem to be a problem with her breast showing. It looks weird as if it "comes out" of her side and not fornt. And it also looks a bit too low. Anyway I like it a lot.
