very good! Thanks for sharing that knowledge! And yes, cleaning the pixel art is what takes the most time, which is why the automated options to solve these problems are interesting!

Hello colleagues! I have a question, is there a way to clean the lines automatically? eliminate the jagged lines, or take the lines to more harmonious angles such as 45° lines, in isometric or any other regular sequence of pixels? Thanks you very much!!

In that case, the creator of the plugin/model clarifies that it was trained with a person's sprites, with their authorization.

the adopt pixel extension for aseprite looks good:
https://astropulse.gumroad.com/
the stable diffusion plugin looks good too! and in the preview of retro diffusion, they use a plugin called paletize I think. This is a start way!

So, does anyone know the way to process an image so that it has, let's say, "the rules of pixel art"?

Pixelarg @ 9/5/2023 18:21 commented on Big Bird
hey! thanks for the reply! This is very good, the problem in this mode is that when reducing the sprite by approximation (fast) details are lost and noise is made, or the pixels have to be cleaned a lot, an alternative that occurs to me is that when reducing it either with some bilinear or bicubic reduction, and then apply the color reduction. The idea would be to have to clean the sprite as little as possible, maybe there is some software, pixatool comes to mind:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w1zQEnzsR8, there is also this program:
https://cragl.cs.gmu.edu/pixelate/
although I couldn't get it to work. something with artificial intelligence, maybe stable diffusion, I dunno!

Well, I have a question, what would be the best ways to transform/reduce an image to pixel art today?

It is excellent, what are the conclusions you have reached to create this work? I would like to do something similar but I don't want to stay cross-eyed forever! How did you get things to be ahead or behind? amazing!

I would have liked to see the animation in the art, it is also very good!

I do clean ntfs (non-polluting), and I sell it, it has been very beneficial for me, and people really like to collect my art, in fact they resell and treasure them, in my case it was a really great experience!
They allow me to live from my art, in a much more comfortable way than if I had to do the traditional commissions
just imagine that fool designs a unique work of art to be sold as nft, and if you get that work, it would be very valuable, and if you want to sell, and if you sell it, you could get more money than you invested, and the artist would receive royalties for each resale, for life.

for me it sounds very good
