Your biggest issue with the animation is that the legs are twinned. What I mean by that is that they move together on the exact same frames in the exact same way. Try making one leg start the transition a few frames after the other and it'll look so much more believable.

 Looking pretty good! I think his shoulder rotates a little too much toward the back side of the cycle. Other than that, no crits I can give! Good job!
