I'll be honest - simulation fighting games don't tickle my bone as much as 2d fighters do, but I think it's the old simulator conundrum and people should surely have more options.

Yeah, I do think so too now! I referenced the step by step too heavily and then it was kinda of an overthrow, later looking at actual throws I can definitely see how it's a different direction. Live and learn! 

I've been wanting to do some of these flashes in freelance work I've been asigned but being sprites, that wasn't really happening, so I guess I'm getting it out of my system here hehe

Not be an absolute fanperson but back when I was learning how to draw and pixel art at the same time, your animations were my favourite on this entire website, specially big foot (and obviously the anti 2d fighter). Seeing you comment on this brings a lot of joy both to present me and 14 year old Jão!

Ooooh it's not everyday you see a short around judo, I'm going to watch it straight away! 

I've spent the past few months thinking how it was a big loose end and how I almost went under last year. If money allows it, next year I'm also going back to karate - but that's a far shorter interval hehe. 

And HAH I knew judokas would get whose portrait it was even at that size! That's cool haha

oof I knew he hadn't shown in a while but I hadn't heard about his loss, feeling immensely sorry. I wonder if his family knew a bunch of us love him so.

Comments deffo the hardest, number of pieces the easiest as it eventually just adds up. Ratings... ratings are like power level, grinding stuff. Not necessarily hard, not necessarily fun to do in large amounts
