This image seems to have 20 colors instead of the max four allowed in the challenge. The drawing is great, but if you want to have this submitted to the weekly chllenge you will have to cut it down to the required maximum of four. 

Might I suggest putting the blue to a better use than just the background?

You could use it for something like a pillow or detailing or something else! If you would like to keep the background instead of having a transparent back. perhaps try adding a pattern or something of the sort to touch it up a little?

I'm new here too, and it is just a suggestion but this is definately a good start!

Also,if you would like to submit art to the weekly challenge, there is a checkbox when you first upload the art that is there for submitting said art to the challenge.

I found the issue with it and fixed it.

Turns out the program I was using does something weird when you export gifs so I exported the sprite sheet and turned it into a gif through another program.
