The pose looks very unnatural to me.

But then, I'm not the one with my arm on fire.

 The perspective and angle on the top of the gate looks a bit wonky... a bit Escher-ish. 

 Gonna have to agree with Stitchy. She looks much tinier in the third image.

I was going to comment on your use of both cell-shading and dithering, but it seems that's accepted with this character. Either way, I prefer to stick with one type of shading.

 I'm sort of thinking the first swing needs a couple fewer frames, but I'm sure you've been arguing with yourself over that one for hours.

 Loving the light outline on the top inside corners, but the right side of the screen is missing a line.
