I like the top of the tree, but I think the trunk of the tree needs some work. Maybe darken the edges to make it look a bit rounder. I think the elf looks great.

I'm planning on using this for a game so the legs and torso are two different sections, the legs animated for his motion and different torso sprites to deal with the angle and fire animations for various weapns.
