It works like a normal car engine; air goes in through the intake filter, through the manifold, mixes with fuel and is injected into the combustion chamber. The mixture is compressed, igniting it and shot out of the exhaust. Where this engine differs is that instead of toxic gas coming out of the exhaust, you instead have tiny little baby purple hippos! This difference is achieved via a very complex scientific process that is kept a secret. Many just believe it is pure magic and does not have anything to do with science at all.
