Your best pixel so far!

@JerryPie: Yes, I felt like experimanting a bit. I really like the more painterly or geometric look in pixelart lately. Maybe because I think some aspects fit exactly what you can do with pixels. Clean, sharp, detailed and raw colors.

Thanks everyone!

@Veli: Thanks! Maybe it's the Leg?

I rarely like fuzziness and lots of single pixels, but you make it work for me, great stuff.

@smgordan: Thanks!

@ptoing: Thanks a lot! Maybe it's the pose, I see what you you mean.

The skull entrance is the best part, really cool. Too bad it doesn't look as crisp in his twitter header, is it too big?

Poor little minions :(

Nice animation and background!

The background work is good and I also dig the 3 flying plant-fruit-things.

@ParkerBaby: Maybe the mouth is not readable enough? (It's supposed to form an "o" for astonishment) I had the issue with a different monitor and the original resolution.

@ptoing: Thanks a lot! I posed myself for the right arm but couldn't see the elbow. But maybe I didn't get the angle 100% correct.

@Guffman the raw pixeling process was over the course of 4 weeks, maybe like 1-2 hours each day.  Sketches and everything else adds another week.

Ahh, I also ment the lighning for the left ground slope, it could look like more lightning would hit it if you would go for darken the right one. The "more clear" was related to from where the light is coming.

user
Super17 @ 7/16/2018 05:05 commented on Turf house

Really like it! The house looks fantastic. Just a small tip: For the right slope, it could look better if you darken the grass a bit, like it has some shadow on it, because it seems that the light comes from the left side. You could also think about a slighly different approach to the left slope to make it even more clear.
