ye ty i did it in an hour b4 the weekly challange and i didnt think i was gonna make it so i didnt put so much work in to it. if you look closly you can see that the first frame is full color and he others just crap hahaha

I made it difficult to look at because i whant it to be difficult to look at. It was made for a friend that sed: "Make a Turtle" and i think shes annoying so i made an annoying turtle. Nothing serious, i deeply apolegise for spelling "sofisticated" wrong and it flashes between 4 colors (light blue, green, yellow and purple)
