with some curtains added it would almost look like a view from the window of the arabian nights

Cute sprite, but the animation looks like anything but walking to me.. and I think that if he walks, his head is supposed to move instead of the jaw or the shirt/body (?). Also, I don't get it why do you make his hands move instead of the arms o.o if it supposed to be a walking animation ^^

Thank you for the critic, Manupix! I'm happy that the cycle is good :) I tried to edit this now, but I think I will rather re-draw the whole thing while paying attention to the parts you've mentioned. The head is deliberately big as I wanted some space for the eyes and mouth, that's why I picked different colours for them, but indeed that's not nesessary. I will also try to make the head smaller or the whole sprite bigger. Will see.
