that run cicle is so good to watch! Very VERY nice job!

My only critique is that the eyes and mouth are too far back. Pushing them a couple of pixels forward would make wonders for this mega. But that's just me =]
 

Also, I just saw your process. AWESOME material! What program do you use to animate, btw?

Rotations are hard but you did a very nice job!

Her design looks great and I loved the idle and aiming animations. I guess my only problem is with her legs at the last pose. They look too apart for me =/
 

@_Connor, yeap, I used that option in photoshop to export the .gif. Camtasia was actually used for recording my screen through the animation process and making the timelapse =]

I used Photoshop for animation and Camtasia for recording. The original version took me about 1 hour to complete, 1 extra hour for the shading (I also tried outlining but it sucked) and 10 to 15 minutes in a third iteration to tweek the brightness and contrast (and now another 5 to correct the skin tone)

HALP, what do I do if my image has 8 colors (including transparent) but keeps getting only 1 color (100% transparency) in the image specs tool?
